Oh my goodness Tangi! You look incredible!!! No one would ever be able to tell that you had a baby a year ago. Anyway, I just wanted to answer back your comment on my RAGNAR post and didn't know where else to do it, so here I am! First of all, you have to get outside. Running on a treadmill and running outside work your body differently and you won't be prepared without a few good outdoor runs. I would also get on the race website and find out what kind of legs you will be running and around what time of day. Then you should try training on similar hills and at similar times. If you don't know what times you will be running, try at least once a week to run once in the morning and once in the evening. You also need to get pretty consistent about eating the same thing before you run each day so that on race day you can eat without getting sick. Running on sleep deprivation should come naturally to you though since you are a mom :) Other then that, just remember to STRETCH! Good luck with your race. I'm super excited to hear about it!!!
