Going Private

After reading through some other people's blogs, I've decided that I want to make our blog private. Really we just started it to keep in touch with family and friends that are far away and have found lost friends along the way. I think this is actually a great way to keep in touch with people that you probably wouldn't. I'll wait a couple weeks but please let me know if you want on our site in the future. Even if you are just friends that don't leave comments but like to check and see what's going on (I do that to alot of people!) Thanks, Tangi

New Background

These guys are just great friends and I don't care what people think, I like to dress them a like and then take way too many pictures of them. Sorry if people get sick of looking at them all the time. As some of you have noticed and asked I changed my layout and it's still a work of progress. I created a picture ( like I would a digital scrapbook page) and saved it as my header and then I just changed the colors on the template. Which you do by going to layout, fonts and colors. Then you play around till you like it but I'm still not sold so it make be changing some more in the future. If anyone has ideas or knows how to put your own paper/picture as you background, please let me know. Thanks!

Sitting Up!

Imagine my surprise today when I went to get Beckham from his nap and he was sitting in his crib! He did it all by himself. Then as the day progressed he does it all the time. He rolls on onto his stomach, crosses his legs and push himself up with arms till he's stitting. He's completely different from Denver. Denver never rolled, crawled, or tried sitting up by himself at seven months (it was more like 13 months) so Beckham has been a huge adjustment on movment. He amazes me everyday.

How to Use Your IRS Rebate Check

Well if everyone is like us, you're excited to hear we are getting rebates next month from the IRS. My dad sent me this forward that I thought was funny:

"The Administration said each of us would get a rebate check to stimulate the economy: If we spend the money at Wal-Mart, all the money will go to China. If we spend it on gasoline, it will go to the Arabs, if we purchase a computer it will go to India, if we purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala, if we purchase a good car it will go to Japan, if we purchase useless crap it will go to Taiwan and non of it will help the American economy.

We need to keep that money here in America. The only way to keep that money here at home is to spend it at yard sales, since those are the only businesses still in the U.S."

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DENVER!!!!

LOOK WHO'S THREE!!
Three years ago this little bundle of joy joined our family and he's kept us busy every since. He loves Thomas the Train and Cars. He will eat pretty much anything but has a sweet tooth like his parents. He would live outside if he could and is excited it's getting warm and green. He is a great big brother and is always making us laugh. We love you Denver!!

What Fun Boys...

We got these ties at the Disney Store for $1.50! They were so cute that I had to take a picture of them. They might not be frilly dresses but who says you can't dress boys up cute like girls. Also their new thing is to ride the mini four wheeler around the house together. It's quite comical because Beckham just stands up and laughs while Denver drives.

Our Trip

Well our trip was really nice. These trips we go on are incentive trips Coby wins from work so alot of the same people go and we have a lot of fun seeing each other. Also I need to shout a big THANK YOU to our supportive family who helps take care of our kids while we go have some alone time. We couldn't do it without them. THANKS!!!

We stayed at a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale Florida for five days (me only three) and were able to see a couple movies and play in the pool with our friends. Our room overlooked the 18th green at some golf course, which Coby loved. We got to go to South Beach Miami which was not that cool.
We even got to see James Caan (Ed Diline from Vegas) at the pool there. I didn't dare talk to him but took some pictures from where we were sitting.
Sunday we flew 2 1/2 hours to the Virgin Islands. We stayed on St.Kitts, which was beautiful. The ocean was actually warm to swim in, it was amazing. We went a jeep ride and toured some old sugar plantations. We had alot of fun but were very ready to come home and see the boys. We got home at 10:30 last night and actually woke them up. Neither held a grudge against us but Denver did end up sleeping with us which in his entire life he has never done. I was so worried about Beckham and he just kept smiling and touching our faces to see if we were really there. It was a fun time to relax and enjoy time with just the two of us.
