We're still alive...
We have been so busy and yet with nothing that I've felt is really worth posting about. Our House is coming along- we are in the process of insulating and sheet rock is starting this week. We've just been busy making house decisions-tubs, cabinets, electrical stuff, etc.
Denver is still enjoying school and sunbeams. He's starting to get stir crazy and wants out of the house but hanging in there. His highlight lately is going to a Jazz Game with Coby (ironically on Bear's birthday so a bunch of NBA mascots were there) and the the BR Basketball games.
Beckham is still our mischief maker. He now believes he should climb on the chairs and sits on the dining room table. It's the first place he goes when we get home to take off his socks- I don't know where he gets this stuff.
Anyway, we are still alive and hopefully will have more exciting stuff to blog about.

Draper Temple Open House
Yesterday we had fun as a family. Coby left work at noon and we did some shopping (including Tai Pan and IKEA which is always fun). Then we met my parents, Skye, and Travis at Texas Roadhouse for dinner and then we went over to the Draper Temple Open House. We were so excited to go because Denver has always wanted to go in the temple. He was shocked when we got there and told him he could go inside with us. As we walked around he kept asking where Jesus was (since it was his house) it was cute. They do the open houses different now, you go park at a nearby Stake Center and watch a movie then they bus you to the Temple and Denver and Beck though the bus was as cool as anything we did. After we all went to Cold Stone and had ice cream. What a great day!

If He Doesn't Kill Me...
If Beckham doesn't kill me, he'll definitely make me a stronger parent for next kids to come. So the diaper pail went onto the dresser so he can't reach it anymore. While I was making dinner last night it got a little quiet so when I went looking for him this is what I found...
When He realized I was there...
What I pulled out of the vent...

Ever Happen To You???
So I just had a very traumatic experience. Now to some people this is no big deal (Coby) But to me it was awful...Here's the story we just bought this van from Coby's grandma last night and I was driving car pool to preschool today and when they got out of the car Denver had forgotten his backpack. So I run home to grab it and when I go to get back in the car it's all locked. Every door with it running in my garage (I'm going to check into the owner's manual to see how to turn that off or something) So I panic because Beck's in the car listening to the Mamma Mia soundtrack and we don't have a spare key! So I call Coby and he has to go to his grandma's and get it to bring home. Meanwhile I play peek a boo (while crying ) until Beck just falls asleep and I wait for Coby. He was only in there 15 minutes but it was a horrible 15
minutes for me, thus the crying picture.
